Winter storms in Wisconsin destroyed much of the State's valuable ginseng crop. WisconsinEye's Senior Producer Steve Walters visited Butch Weege and Joe Heil of the Wisconsin Ginseng Board on June 16, 2010 to discuss what the future looks like for Wisconsin's ginseng crop.

Census data released by the United States Department of Agriculture ranks Wisconsin second in the nation in the number of organic farms, behind California.
