PC Users
Download the latest version of Windows Media Player from Microsoft here.
Mac Users
You'll need the latest version of Quicktime, Windows Media Player for Mac, and also a browser plug-in, Flip4Mac. Click here for the Windows Media for Mac information page from Microsoft.
Download the latest version of Quicktime and Windows Media Player for your Mac's operating system:
* QuickTime for Mac OS X v10.3.9 and v10.4.9 or later. Download here. (Some users have reported problems viewing video with Quicktime 7.5, the latest version, and Flip4Mac. If you are experiencing difficulties, earlier QuickTime versions are available at Apple's website.)
* Windows Media Player 9 for Mac OS X. Download here.
* Windows Media Player 7.1 for for Mac OS 8.1-9x. Download here.

* Some users have reported problems playing Widows Media files on Mac OS X 10.5 (Snow Leopard). If you are experiencing difficulties, a beta download of Flip4Mac WMV is available. Download here.
After installation, be sure to click the "Reclaim" button under "Player" in setting Preferences for Flip4Mac WMV.
